PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS COMING TO THE UK
Please note UK Customs have changed the way the above will be dealt with. From April 2017 the old C3 form is not being accepted and owners will have to apply to UK Customs for a Transfer of Residency authorisation before shipment (to avoid duty/taxes on import).
Owners will have to complete a TOR01 application form which can be filled in at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-for-transfer-of-residence-tor-relief-tor01

When completed the form should be emailed together with the back-up documents required (see Transfer of Residence TOR details.pdf) to this email address:
nch.tor@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk.
UK Customs will issue the owner with an authorisation number which Brooklands will need to show on import entry.
